Trusted Information When You Need It
Exploring attraction to other men can bring new experiences, new questions and sometimes new concerns about your physical, sexual and mental wellbeing. Having access to reliable information helps you make informed decisions and gives you confidence when you need answers.
Throughout Man2Man I've shared my own experiences and explained the things I wish someone had told me. Health, however, is different. Rather than rewriting information that health professionals and specialist organisations have already developed, this page brings together trusted sources that provide accurate, up-to-date advice across the topics that many men eventually have questions about.
Whether you're looking for information, support or simply reassurance, these organisations are a great place to start.
Sexual Health
Looking after your sexual health isn't just about treating problems. It's about understanding your body, reducing risk, making informed decisions and knowing where to turn if you have questions. These organisations provide reliable information covering sexual health, sexually transmitted infections, testing and safer sex.

Mental Wellbeing
Exploring your sexuality can be exciting, but it can also bring uncertainty, loneliness, anxiety or self-doubt. Whether you're questioning, coming out, dealing with rejection or simply trying to understand how you're feeling, these organisations provide practical information and support.

Support Services
Sometimes reading an article isn't enough. If you'd like to talk to someone, seek professional advice or connect with others who understand what you're going through, these organisations offer confidential support and can help you find the assistance that's right for you.

Emergency & Crisis Support
If you're in immediate danger, believe you may have been exposed to HIV and need urgent advice about PEP, are experiencing a mental health crisis, or feel that you may harm yourself, don't wait. Contact emergency services or one of the support organisations above as soon as possible.
If something feels urgent, it's always better to ask for help than to hope the problem goes away.
Looking After Yourself Is Part Of The Journey
Understanding yourself and exploring new experiences are only part of the journey. Looking after your physical, sexual and mental wellbeing is just as important, and it's something that continues no matter where life takes you.
No website can replace qualified medical advice, but hopefully this page has shown you where to find reliable information when you need it. Whenever you have questions about your health, start with trusted sources, seek professional advice where appropriate, and remember that asking for help is simply part of taking care of yourself.
Health information changes over time. While I do my best to keep these links current, medical guidance can change. Always refer to the official websites listed above or speak with a qualified health professional for the most up-to-date advice.
You've Reached The End Of The Journey

Remember, there's no timeline, no finish line and no right or wrong path. Everyone's journey is different, and it's perfectly okay to move at your own pace.
